We live in increasingly difficult times. Society is fractured, people are isolated and lonely. Our jobs demand more and more of our time and energy but cut back on the expected rewards of salary and benefits. We have more stuff but feel empty and disconnected from our values, communities, and spirits. We lack the support we use to have that allowed us to change our lives in positive ways and so we seek out the services of a life coach. What exactly is a coach? You’ll find thousands of definitions and promises on the internet. As I’ve explored what it is I hope to give you as a coach I’ve come to identify my job as one of support, guide, educator, witness, and cheerleader. My site is purposefully designed to eventually become a community in which like minds and hearts might connect.
